BeaconGuard Overview
BeaconGuard Assurance is an inline deterministic authorization and audit control boundary for bounded regulated workflow execution in enterprise AI runtimes.
It deploys alongside existing systems and separates authorization intent, decision logic, and audit evidence from application code and AI model behavior.
Core Objectives
BeaconGuard is built for a deterministic control-boundary posture with requirements that traditional AI systems fail to meet:
- Signed request metadata, workflow identity, user role, source-system trust, approved-pathway status, deterministic context tags, freshness windows, and replay controls
- Deterministic authorization outcomes: allow, deny, or needs-review
- Replayable decisions with identical results
- Append-only, tamper-evident decision records designed to preserve evidentiary value in regulated environments
- Externalized enforcement independent of model internals
- Existing systems remain authoritative for workflow logic and records
What BeaconGuard Is Not
BeaconGuard is intentionally not:
- An AI model
- A prompt framework
- An observability dashboard
- A heuristic safety filter
- A replacement for EHR, AML, fraud, SIEM, IAM, GRC, case-management, or workflow systems
It governs whether an interaction is allowed, denied, or routed for review and records why.
