BeaconGuard Assurance is a deterministic authorization and audit control plane for bounded financial-control execution in enterprise AI runtimes.
It separates authorization intent, decision logic, and audit evidence from application code and AI model behavior.

BeaconGuard is built for a deterministic control-boundary posture with requirements that traditional AI systems fail to meet:

- Replayable decisions with identical results
- Append-only, tamper-evident decision records designed to preserve evidentiary value in regulated environments

What BeaconGuard Is Not
BeaconGuard is intentionally not:
- An AI model
- A prompt framework
- An observability dashboard
- A heuristic safety filter
It governs whether an interaction is allowed and records why.
